Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole‑source contract to Ex Libris USA Inc. for continued operation and support of its cloud‑based Alma/Primo VE library platform (SaaS). The contract will cover system availability, maintenance, security compliance, updates, and technical support for a 12‑month base period, with a ceiling of up to $9 million.
