Acquisition of one PHEV Sedan

The U.S. Embassy in Paris, France is seeking to acquire one PHEV Sedan. The vehicle must meet specific requirements, including a hybrid PHEV unleaded engine, automatic transmission, and various safety and security features. The contractor must provide a preparation package, including vehicle cleaning and preparation for delivery. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.
