Town of Granite Falls CDBG Grant # 21-C-4027 Water & Sewer Replacement Project

The Town of Granite Falls is seeking bids for the replacement of approximately 5,225 linear feet of 8-inch water main and associated appurtenances, and 4,840 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer and associated appurtenances. The project is funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, and other federal requirements. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, and to provide proof of insurance. The project includes the removal of existing pipes, the installation of new pipes, and the abandonment of existing sanitary sewer assets. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
