Notice is hereby given that the New York State Department of Transportation is seeking to retain an engineering firm to provide: Design Services under a Term Agreement for Railroad Design - Statewide (Contract 2) under PIN: DE26.SW.RR2. The Detailed Advertisement – Request for Qualifications shall stipulate whether subcontracting or joint ventures are permitted.
