Crisis Response Education, Safety, and Training (CREST)

The City of Hialeah is seeking to utilize the services of Blue Line Duet, LLC D/B/A Mindset Solutions as a sole source vendor for a two-year term for the Crisis Response: Education, Safety, and Training (CREST) course. The CREST course is a specialized mental health and crisis response training program developed specifically for first responders. The course integrates tactical training, clinically informed strategies, scenario-based learning, and officer wellness and peer support. • The course is developed and delivered by licensed mental health clinicians and certified law enforcement trainers. • The course is designed for first responders, including law enforcement, fire rescue, and emergency medical personnel. • Mindset Solutions is the sole entity authorized to deliver the CREST curriculum and provide ongoing consultation and support.
