Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified contractor to perform underground leak detection for the HVAC cooling‑tower system at the Fort McClellan Readiness Center in Anniston, AL. The work involves approximately 100 ft of underground piping and must be completed using non‑invasive techniques (acoustic detection, ground‑penetrating radar, and thermal imaging) without excavation. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials, and deliver a detailed written report documenting leak locations and overall pipe condition. Work must be performed during the unit’s operational hours (Tuesday‑Friday, 07:00‑17:30). No mandatory site visit is required.
