Description
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is conducting a Sources‑Sought market research effort to identify vendors capable of supplying reusable cotton towels and washcloths that meet the Minimum Technical Requirements (MTR) for the VA’s Medical Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program. This is an informational RFI; no quotes are requested, and the response will be used for planning a future solicitation. Vendors must provide detailed company information, proof of OEM authorization, country‑of‑origin data, certifications, and socioeconomic status. Attachments 2 (Product Sourcing Request) and 3 (MSPV Bulk PSR Template) must be completed and emailed to the contracting officer by the deadline.
• Supply of 100 % cotton reusable towels and washcloths meeting VA‑specified MTRs (including border width, material sourcing, etc.).
• Provide company, DUNS/UEI, OEM authorization, country‑of‑origin, raw‑material source, certifications, and socioeconomic status.
• Submit completed Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 via email to [email protected] by September 17 2026, 3 PM EST.
