General Engineering Services

The County of Rockingham, Virginia is soliciting qualified professional engineering firms to deliver comprehensive engineering services over a three‑year base period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2029) with two optional one‑year extensions. Work will focus on design and contract administration for water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, water and wastewater treatment, and solid waste (landfill) engineering—including landfill gas management and groundwater monitoring.
