PRJ 644 Unit 53 Arden – Northwest and Northeast Linear Park Improvement Project, Phase 3

The Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District is seeking bids for the PRJ 644 Unit 53 Arden – Northwest and Northeast Linear Park Improvement Project, Phase 3. The project involves public improvements consisting of landscape, irrigation, pathway, and hardscape improvements for approximately 5,800 linear feet of linear park within the Northern owned open space tracts along the northwestern and northeastern sides of the Arden PUD project in Palm Beach County. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond for the awarded Public Improvements. • The project requires a non-mandatory prebid conference to discuss project-specific requirements. • Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified bank check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. • The project is expected to be awarded to a responsible Bidder qualified by experience to construct the Project as specified. • The Bidder must satisfy certain criteria, including having been in the general contracting business under the present name of the bidding entity for a minimum of the last five continuous years, and providing documentation of a minimum of two contracts of similar nature completed within the last three years.
