SPECIAL EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

The State of Wyoming’s Department of Education is seeking qualified firms to design, deliver, and manage professional development (PD) and technical assistance (TA) for special‑education staff at the state agency and local education agencies. The work will be a mix of virtual and in‑person training sessions, development of instructional materials, and ongoing support to ensure compliance with IDEA and related regulations. The contract may be extended up to four years, with deliverables tied to specific training modules and material production. • Develop and deliver full‑day, half‑day, and short‑duration (≤2 hrs) virtual and in‑person training on special‑education topics identified by WDE. • Create, package, and turn over all training materials to the Department for future use. • Provide technical assistance and fidelity monitoring to ensure training effectiveness. • Coordinate a single point of contact for communication with WDE. • Submit separate technical and cost proposals via the Public Purchase system by October 26, 2026. • Contract may be extended annually for up to four years, with performance‑based payments upon deliverable acceptance.
