Description
Austin Peay State University is seeking a qualified contractor to replace 28 outdoor heat‑pump units across the Hand Village residential complex. The work includes removal and proper disposal of existing units, installation of new 2.5‑3 ton, 14.3 SEER R32 refrigerant heat pumps (Rheem or Ruud), associated indoor air handlers, thermostats, electrical upgrades, line‑set flushing, and full system testing. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, warranties, and required documentation, and must comply with university safety, insurance, bonding, and licensing requirements. The installation window is slated for mid‑May through mid‑July 2026.
