PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS

The City of Mandeville is seeking professional surveying services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will provide services such as boundary and title surveys, construction and engineering surveys, aerial surveying, and other specialized survey support services. The firm must have a professional land surveyor registered in the State of Louisiana and a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing professional surveying services. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option to renew. The City of Mandeville encourages the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs), and firms certified by the State of Louisiana Hudson Initiative (Small and Emerging Business Development Program). Some of the key services that will be required include: • Boundary and title surveys • Construction and engineering surveys • Aerial surveying • Other specialized and survey support services The City of Mandeville is looking for a firm with experience in providing professional surveying services, particularly in the areas of boundary and title surveys, construction and engineering surveys, and aerial surveying. The firm must also have a good understanding of the City's needs and be able to provide services on an as-needed basis.
