The class codes chosen for this solicitation are 755-25, 755-10, 755-43, 750-60, 745-67, and 745-65. • The quotes must be submitted through Public Purchase on the forms provided by WYDOT. • The bidder is responsible for allowing adequate time for documents to upload on Public Purchase. • The bidder assumes the risk of loss and mistake, including failure to download all documents and failure to submit properly. • The specifications and terms & conditions supplied by WYDOT shall be the applicable specifications and terms & conditions.
