The 161st Air Refueling Wing (161ARW) Base Contracting Office is seeking a single vendor to provide a rack‑mountable commercial radio bridge (JPS ACU‑Z1 or equivalent) with all ancillary equipment, delivered FOB to a CONUS location. This is an all‑or‑none, firm‑fixed‑price RFQ set‑aside for small businesses. Only new, manufacturer‑warranted equipment is acceptable; remanufactured or gray‑market items are excluded. Quotes must be submitted by 15 Sep 2026, be valid through 30 Sep 2026, and must include technical compliance, pricing, and required certifications. The award will be made to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer, with no negotiations anticipated. Delivery must occur within 90 calendar days after order receipt.
