Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified businesses regarding their ability to provide Automated Allergy and Autoimmune Disease Testing Cost-per-Test purchase laboratory instrument systems and reagents. The requirement is for the Tampa VA Healthcare Network and the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide equipment and test kits that meet the minimum physical, functional, and performance features of the listed salient characteristics found in the draft Statement of Work. Interested parties must submit their responses by 4 November 2025, including information such as company name and address, primary point of contact, Federal Supply Schedule, socioeconomic categories, experience, and business size.
• The requirement includes providing laboratory instrument systems and reagents for allergy and autoimmune disease testing.
• The contractor must meet the minimum physical, functional, and performance features of the listed salient characteristics.
• The period of performance is anticipated to be from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030, with four annual options.
• The Government may use the responses for Market Research, information, and planning purposes, and may make this action a sole source award if potential vendors cannot be identified.
