UMC Summit Tower Floors 2 & 6 Remodel

The University Medical Center (UMC) is seeking bids for the remodel of floors 2 and 6 in the Summit Tower. The project involves approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor being built out to a vanilla shell, and 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor being demoed and built out. The renovation work includes demolition, asbestos abatement, new plumbing lines, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications. A mandatory pre-bid conference was held on June 9, 2026.
