THERMAL IMAGER

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for a thermal imager. The contractor shall provide a thermal imager that meets the requirements specified in the contract/purchase order. The contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and shall use their own facilities for inspection unless disapproved by the government. The contractor shall also provide records of all inspection work and keep them complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract/purchase order and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies. • The thermal imager shall be manufactured in accordance with the specifications provided. • The contractor shall provide a drawing and an explanation of the reason for any changes to the design, material, or part number. • The contractor shall furnish a surplus material certificate with their quote. • The contractor shall specify any exceptions to the solicitation requirements when submitting their quote.
