Description
The Red Rocks Community College is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide design services for the construction of a new Nursing and Health Imaging Building. The project consists of a 28,000 GSF building located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Fall 2027. The selected firm will be responsible for providing basic services, including fit study activities, site sizing and placement, subdivision coordination, utility planning, and environmental/habitat considerations. The firm will also be required to oversee the architect/engineer procurement process according to RRCC and State requirements.
• The project has an estimated cost of $28,000,000.
• The selected firm will be required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal conference and site tour.
• The firm will be evaluated based on their project team, firm capabilities, prior experience, project approach, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and work location.
• The selection process will include a short list of qualified firms, followed by oral interviews.
