Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking vendors to supply physical, prepaid gift cards for several popular food‑service brands. Cards must be physical, usable at Cleveland locations, have no activation or usage fees, and must carry at least a one‑year expiration (preferably no expiration). Vendors must provide a sequential inventory list of card numbers and deliver the cards securely via FedEx to the city’s Probation office. The total contract value for the cards is $10,000, with shipping costs to be included in the unit price unless quoted separately.
• Required card types: Chipotle (200 cards), Starbucks (100 cards), Burger King (50 cards), Jersey Mikes (50 cards).
• All cards must be activated on receipt and be usable locally with no extra fees.
• Delivery must be secure, with tracking, to 1200 Ontario St, 6th Floor, Cleveland, OH 44113.
• Bids are submitted electronically by June 8 2026 3:00 PM to [email protected], including required compliance forms.
