Addendum No. 1

The City of Cerritos is seeking a qualified contractor to replace its existing HVAC system and install a new cooling tower along with associated appurtenant improvements at the municipal Civic Center. The scope includes full removal of existing equipment, installation of a new cooling tower, new HVAC units, and any related mechanical work required to bring the system into compliance with current standards. This is a 180‑day contract with liquidated damages for delays, and attendance at a mandatory pre‑bid meeting is required. • Install a new cooling tower and complete HVAC replacement at City Hall. • Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and necessary bonding/insurance. • Work must be performed on‑site during regular business hours (7 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Mon‑Fri).
