Description
The Defense Health Agency intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract to Motorola Solutions, Inc. for preventive maintenance, repair, and installation services of Motorola land mobile radios, vehicle radios, and desktop base stations used at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa and its associated branch medical and dental clinics. The contractor must provide OEM‑certified technicians, OEM parts, on‑call emergency support (response within 4 hours), and maintain detailed service records. Work will be performed at multiple locations across Camp Foster, Camp Courtney, Camp Schwab, MCAS Futenma, Camp Hansen, and Camp Kinser in Okinawa, Japan. The base period is one year (01 Dec 2026 – 30 Nov 2027) with four optional one‑year extensions through 2031.
