Description
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) is seeking to establish a contract to provide a prefabricated steel booth and installation in accordance with the attached specifications. The booth will be used at the TABC Port of Entry Location in Presidio, Texas. The contract will include the delivery and installation of the booth, as well as the disconnection and moving of the existing booth.
• The booth must be 7’ W x 11’ D x 8‘ H and include electrical and accessories.
• The contractor must have at least five years of experience in installing pre-engineered building systems.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to TABC, considering factors such as price, ability, qualifications, and experience.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including insurance requirements and payment terms.
