The City of Austin’s Purchasing Office is seeking quotes for the supply of gear reducers (GEAREDUCER) that meet the City’s specifications. Vendors must submit a completed Quote Sheet and Offer Sheet by the bid deadline, include all freight charges (FOB Destination), and certify required insurance coverage. The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors; however, initial outreach may be limited to certified HUBs or M/WBE vendors.
