Notice of Intent to Sole-Source Development of GOSWIFT Flight Test

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) / Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) intends to award a sole-source contract for the design, delivery, and integration of subsystem products for the Geometry Optimization and Sensing with Integration and Flight Test (GOSWIFT) system. The contractor will provide engineering expertise throughout the engineering lifecycle, including delivering designs, providing subject matter expertise, and conducting an investigation of the flight test performance. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Design and delivery of subsystem products for the GOSWIFT system • Provision of engineering expertise throughout the engineering lifecycle • Conducting an investigation of the flight test performance with data analyses and publicly releasable documentation of test results Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email.
