Fire Extinguishers

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking bids for fire extinguisher services, including pick-up, testing, repair, and refilling of fire extinguishers, as well as the purchase of new replacement fire extinguishers. The contract will be for a period of time, with the exact duration not specified. The University is looking for a vendor to provide these services, and the bid should include pricing, product identification, and other relevant information. • The vendor must provide a completed and signed version of the execution page and any addenda released in conjunction with this IFB. • The vendor must provide a completed version of Attachment A: Location of Workers Utilized by Vendor. • The vendor must provide a completed version of Attachment C: Pricing Form. • The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty with the bid response. • The vendor must include a description of the corporate structure and location of corporate employees and activities. • The vendor must identify all U.S. locations at which performance will occur.
