Description
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project, which involves complete upgrades at intersections, including Americans with Disabilities Act pedestrian ramps, signals, push buttons, longer signal mast arms, replacement of Type A signal poles, and striping. The project will reconfigure the left turn lanes to increase visibility on left turns and add flashing yellow arrow signal heads. The contractor must comply with federal regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
* The project is a federal-aid project, subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26.
* The City of Phoenix will provide reasonable accommodations for alternate formats of the bid packet.
* The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or reject all bids.
* Firms must be registered in e-Procurement as a vendor to participate in the bid process.
