MARKET SURVEY - Superfund Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to identify responsible, qualified, and capable sources to provide Superfund Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTCAA) in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The services required include remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial designs, and other related tasks. The FAA is considering multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards for this requirement. • The contractor will be required to provide A/E services for the investigation, design, and construction of remedial systems to address environmental contamination at the WJHTCAA. • The contractor must have experience with Federal Facilities on EPA-listed NPL sites and with all CERCLA steps and documents. • The contractor must have experience with complex groundwater monitoring and modeling, as well as with the development of accelerated remediation investigations and designs. • The contractor must have experience with ecological risk assessments and with the preparation of Records of Decision and other related documents.
