Heater Trays

The DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations is soliciting a request for proposal for Heater Trays. The proposed acquisition will be a full and open competition, with a 5-year tiered indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. The contract type is firm fixed-price with EPA, and the source selection method is lowest price technically acceptable. The Heater Trays are used as the main component in the UGR-E program, which feeds small groups of warfighters.
