Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $9,500,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the construction cost of a commercial building of similar size. The average construction cost per square foot for a commercial building can range from $100 to $300. For a 31,950 sf building, the total construction cost could be estimated to be around $3 million to $9.5 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors, including the complexity of the project, the location, and the materials used.
