Description
McNeese State University is seeking qualified contractors to design, construct, and install campus gateway structures at its Lake Charles campus. The project is identified as “Campus Gateways” and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who provides the required performance and payment bonds. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference on October 7, 2026, and may arrange a non‑mandatory site visit. All bid documents are available free of charge via the Louisiana State procurement portal. The bid must be submitted sealed by 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2026. The contract will require the successful bidder to hold extensive insurance (general liability, workers’ compensation, pollution liability, builder’s risk) and to be licensed under Louisiana construction statutes.
