Description
The contract calls for a qualified vendor to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of oil‑and‑water separator (OWS) units located at four buildings on the Birmingham Air Guard installation. The vendor must provide all labor, tools, replacement parts, and equipment needed to purge the separators, then haul the contaminated material to an Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM)‑approved landfill. The work is performed under a defined performance period, with mandatory arrival, completion, and departure notifications for each service visit, and final inspection/repair reporting to the 117th ARW/CES.
• Clean out four OWS units (250 gal, 1,000 gal, 1,250 gal, 3,000 gal) and dispose of waste at an ADEM‑approved landfill.
• Provide qualified personnel, equipment, parts, tools, and any required safety/ environmental compliance documentation.
• Submit arrival, completion, and departure notices plus any required inspection/repair reports for each visit.
• Perform work between 15 April 2025 and 30 September 2026, with all bids due by 6 April 2026.
