Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $20,000,000

The bid deposits indicate total bid amounts ranging from roughly $750,000 (for the $40 k deposit) to $7.5 million (for the $375 k deposit). Considering there are four distinct projects, the combined contract value is likely between $5 million and $20 million, depending on the scope and unit rates for each county. Larger projects such as the pavement marking requirement (higher deposit) suggest the upper end of the range, while smaller signal upgrades suggest the lower end. Therefore a reasonable estimate for the total award is $5 M–$20 M.
