Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking one or two qualified contractors to provide non-corrosion inhibited solid sodium chloride (road salt) for use by ODOT. The contractors will be responsible for delivering the road salt to various locations in Oregon. The contract is expected to be for a term of 3 years, with possible extension options. The contractors must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing similar goods and must provide references for contracts of similar scope and quantity.
• The contractors will be required to provide a Bid Pricing Form for each service area they are bidding on.
• The contractors will be required to provide a Bid Cover Sheet and references.
• The contractors will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and recyclable products.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with possible preferences for goods produced or manufactured in Oregon.
