Description
The County is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing Hobart CL64E dishwasher at the Detention Center, dispose of the unit, and install a new high‑capacity Hobart conveyor‑type dishwasher (or approved equivalent) complete with all required accessories, extended warranty, two proactive maintenance visits, and staff training. The work must be completed by 31 May 2026 and must comply with prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and local‑labor preferences.
• Remove and properly dispose of the current commercial dishwasher, including all related plumbing/electrical connections.
• Supply, install, and commission a new conveyor‑type dishwasher with specified accessories, ensuring ENERGY‑STAR compliance and full integration to existing utilities.
• Provide an extended warranty, two proactive maintenance visits, and on‑site training for County staff.
• Meet all County requirements: 10 % bid bond, possible performance bond, prevailing‑wage posting, ≥ 50 % Montana‑resident labor, insurance minimums, and debarment certifications.
