Description
The State of Nevada’s Office of the Military is seeking a qualified contractor to install a new 35‑ft commercial‑grade flagpole at the OTAG building in Carson City, including necessary site work, utility clearance, lighting upgrades, and final testing. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, and disposal services, and must comply with Nevada insurance and safety requirements.
• Provide and install a 35‑ft flagpole with sleeve, hardware, and anchoring per manufacturer specs.
• Perform 811 underground utility clearance, core concrete, excavate, and restore any removed sidewalk.
• Fabricate and install a light cove with four new upper lights, test halyard system, and clean the site.
• Submit a complete proposal via Nevada EPRO by 10/23/2026, including required insurance certificates and licensing.
• Contract period runs through June 30 2028, with payment on a net‑30 basis after invoicing.
