Kolthoff Hall Electric Infrastructure Replacement

The University of Minnesota is seeking a construction services provider to replace the electric infrastructure in Kolthoff Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The project includes replacing existing 15kv switchgear, transformers, and main secondary switchgear, as well as removing a decommissioned chiller. The selected respondent will be required to perform the work for a fixed, lump sum contract of $3,360,992.
