Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of performing the requirements for the 2025 Nursing Leadership Summit. The summit will be a 4-day conference with approximately 240 participants, and the selected vendor will be responsible for providing conference and lodging space, meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, and other services. The vendor must be able to accommodate 240 rooms at the Government Rate and provide meeting rooms with specific requirements, including free Wi-Fi, podiums, microphones, and audio-visual equipment. The vendor must also be able to provide exhibits, poster sessions, and registration tables.
• The conference will be held within the continental United States, with alternate dates in July and August 2025 considered.
• The host facility must be located within walking distance to local amenities, restaurants, and public transportation.
• The vendor must be able to provide free airport transportation, free hotel parking, and free wireless and internet connectivity in the facility and guest rooms.
• The vendor must be able to receive and store conference items one week prior to arrival.
• The vendor must be able to provide photocopy services for incidental executive correspondence.
