Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, is seeking information from industry for preliminary planning purposes to procure A-E Environmental and Planning IDC/IDIQ services. The services will support Civil Works activities and consist of environmental and planning disciplines, engineering support services, and other related tasks. The contract will have a base period of three years and one option period of two years, with a total contract performance of five years. The total combined contract capacity will not exceed $20,000,000.
• Preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents and environmental compliance
• Environmental and planning disciplines, including ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, and water supply management
• Engineering services, including design, cost estimates, and project construction
• Planning and economic services, including interdisciplinary team leadership and benefit-cost analysis
• The services can be used for projects within the US Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division boundaries, including California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and portions of Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, and Wyoming.
