The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a broad inventory of water‑service hardware—including stainless‑steel and ductile‑iron saddles, couplings, full‑circle repair clamps, and a variety of lead‑free valves—under a one‑year base contract with four optional one‑year renewals. All items must meet AWWA, ASTM, and SDWA lead‑free specifications, be delivered FOB Destination with freight prepaid, and be capable of 30‑day turnaround from order receipt. Pricing must be firm for the initial year, with any renewal price adjustments disclosed as percentages on the bid schedule.
• Scope covers approx. 40 full‑circle clamps, ~7,500 saddles, ~1,000 couplings, and ~500 valves (annual quantities) across pipe sizes 2‑in to 30‑in.
• Must provide unit prices (2‑decimal) inclusive of freight, comply with lead‑free & copper‑alloy standards, and submit a complete bid package (bid schedule, references, ethics affidavit).
• Contract term: 1‑year base plus up to four one‑year renewal options; delivery requirement ≤ 30 calendar days; penalties up to 1 % per day for late delivery.
