Description
The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia requires preventative maintenance services for the building combination fired boilers. The contractor shall perform the Chancery Boilers Maintenance Services as described in the Statement of Work. The services include inspection, maintenance, and component replacement to maintain the systems in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The contract is for a period of 5 years, with a base year and 4 option years. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services.
