Microscope Service and Repair

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to provide on-site services for the repair of a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The contractor must provide the required items in the required quantities and submit detailed specifications with their quotes. The government intends to purchase the services on a sole-source basis to TESCAN USA INC, as they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the SEM and hold the proprietary rights, engineering data, and diagnostic software required to accurately assess and repair the equipment. * The contractor will be required to provide service and repair for the SEM * The contractor must provide the required items in the required quantities * The contractor must submit detailed specifications with their quotes * The government will consider past performance information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) * The contractor must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award
