$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the scope of work, which includes assessing 12 park properties, the budget for this contract is estimated to be between $200,000 and $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to provide a comprehensive assessment of each park property, including evaluating current usage, operational costs, revenue potential, and capital improvement needs. The contractor will also need to provide per-location pricing for the assessment of each park, which may require significant resources and expertise.
