Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of a secure fencing and gate system in a specific area of the Moore Square Parking Deck. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary to install chain link privacy fencing within an existing parking garage. Work includes fencing, gates, man doors, structural coordination, and all associated components required for a complete and functional installation. The contractor shall be responsible for field verification, proper installation, coordination with the Structural Engineer of Record as required, and compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Key features of the project include:
• Installation of approximately 565 linear feet of line fencing
• Installation of a swing gate for vehicle entry at the main entrance
• Installation of a double swing gate at the secondary access location
• Installation of man gates at the stairwell/elevator landing and east wall exposure
• Compliance with all applicable building codes, fire codes, ADA requirements, and local regulations.
