Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Mountain Pass Joint Port of Entry (JPOE) facility. The contract will cover daily cleaning, restroom maintenance, waste removal, and periodic deep‑clean tasks, performed five days per week. The award will be based on the lowest adjusted price after any applicable preferences, and the contract runs for one year with a possible one‑year extension.
• Scope includes routine cleaning of carpets, tile floors, waste containers, restrooms, break rooms, and building interior/exterior surfaces.
• Mandatory site walk‑through on June 1 2026; questions must be submitted by June 8 2026.
• Bid submission deadline is July 2 2026; work is slated to begin September 1 2026.
• Minimum hourly labor rate of $16.31 plus a blended benefit rate of $15.51; insurance and bonding requirements apply.
