Design-Assist Construction Contract with Guaranteed Maximum Price for 116 S. Grant Building Façade and Envelope Rehabilitation

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for a Design-Assist Construction Contract with Guaranteed Maximum Price for the rehabilitation of the façade and envelope of the 116 S. Grant Building.
