Description
The City of Portland is seeking bids for the NW 112th Ave RR Crossing Project - Rebid. The project involves the construction of a 12-inch ERDIP water line bored and cased under the railroad right-of-way. The contractor shall perform all labor and furnish all materials, equipment, and incidentals required by the Contract Documents to make each item complete. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting, and bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's online portal. The bid documents include the plans, specifications, and all addenda issued prior to the bid due date.
• The project includes the installation of ERDIP pipe and fittings, concrete thrust blocks, and backfilling of the trench.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a subcontractor utilization plan listing all subcontractors and material suppliers that are engaged to perform work on the project.
