Stage Pit Lift for Lied Center

The University of Kansas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a 1:1 replacement of the Stage Pit Lift at the Lied Center. The scope includes removal of the existing lift, supply and installation of a new lift that meets current safety and code requirements, warranty coverage, and post‑installation service. Bidders must attend a pre‑proposal conference/site visit on October 2, 2026 (optional) and submit a full technical and price proposal by October 16, 2026. Evaluation will consider technical compliance, safety, experience, price/value, and warranty/service. • Replacement of existing stage pit lift (1:1 swap) • Must meet safety and code compliance (25% of evaluation) • Provide warranty and service support (20%) • Submit detailed technical, qualification, and cost proposals • Pre‑proposal conference on Oct 2 (optional) • Questions due by Oct 6 2026 • Award decision expected between late November and early January 2027.
