The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full range of arboricultural and landscape services, including furnishing, delivering, and installing trees, understory plants, and other landscaping materials. The vendor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, and the contract term is for three years with the option for a two-year renewal. The estimated annual expenditure is $250,000. • The vendor must be able to provide a wide range of trees, including live oak, gumbo limbo, southern magnolia, and others. • The vendor must be able to supply understory plants, shell, pea gravel, and small, medium, and large boulders. • The vendor must possess the equipment, expertise, and experience necessary to safely handle, relocate, and plant large and exotic trees. • The vendor must be able to provide a full range of arboricultural and landscape services, including tree relocation, planting, pruning, staking, mulching, watering, root management, and emergency or storm-related tree care.
