The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior painting and staining services for the Medical Office Building in Frisco, CO. The work includes preparing and treating wood fascia, soffits, dormer trim, and related structures, applying two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes solid stain, and painting metal doors, post‑and‑beam gussets, and fire‑sprinkler pipe. The contractor must manage traffic control, safety, and provide a one‑year warranty.
• Scope: Power‑wash, surface prep, stain application to all wood exterior elements; paint metal doors and additional metal components as per Addendum #1.
• Schedule: Pre‑bid meeting 8 Apr 2026; proposal due 22 Apr 2026 2 PM; work to start June 2026 and be completed May‑September 2026.
