Description
The City of Medford is accepting sealed bids for the Governors Avenue, Sherwood Road, Brewster Road, and Roosevelt Circle Water System Improvements project. The project involves water system improvements and bidders must submit their bids online through www.BidNetDirect.com prior to the deadline. The bid security must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or treasurer's check, and the bid must be accompanied by a payment bond and performance bond. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and encourages MBE/WBE/DBE participation.
• The bid documents will be available online starting April 29, 2026.
• The minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development apply to this project.
• The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. C. 30, § 39M.
